Privacy policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
This policy explains what information Scott Peter Solutions, LLC ("we") collects through scottpetersolutions.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send a message through our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, and message, and, if you provide them, your company, phone number, topic, quantity, and timeline. We also record when the message was sent.
We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we don't run analytics on this site.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, prepare quotes, and keep a record of our correspondence. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.
Who else receives it
- Google: contact form messages are stored in Google Firebase, in the United States. The site's fonts are also loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address when it does. To protect the contact form from spam, the site uses Google reCAPTCHA, which collects information about your device and how you use the page. Google's privacy policy and terms of service apply.
- Zoho: our email provider, for messages we exchange with you.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to work with you and for our business records.
Your choices
To ask what we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email scott@scottpetersolutions.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
